    While there are a host of benefits mentioned ,,,to me the cover page (Culture Transformation) is the key that any organisation should strive for.
    I wish MIBL as they come close to their ML 5 !

    And its continued investment in taking the maturity journey further up to Level 5 demonstrates its commitment to enduring excellence.

  3. PCMM model has been designed to guide organizations to improve workforce practices & bring positive business impact. Adoption of PCMM framework actually brought us more synergy among People, Process & Technology. It has also ensured process improvements which are now more aligned to business objectives. We are witnessing improved motivation levels, engagement levels and retention of employees. Organization competency profile has taken a big leap in last 18 months post implementation of robust Competency Framework followed by plethora of learning & development interventions.

    Now journey towards predictable and optimizing maturity level and partnering with QAI seems more exciting, insightful and adding great value to our organization. Its a result of great team work 🙂
